Observation

Dishwasher pods and hand sanitizers were accessible to children in the cabinet below the kitchen sink. Clorox bleach wipes were accessible to children on the edge of the kitchen counter. They were made inaccessible prior to my departure. The doored shelving unit containing batteries and gloves was not locked or latched and is for "staff only". The provider locked the shelving unit prior to my departure.
